PURPOSE: A reinforcement structure of housing concrete foundation and a reinforcing method are provided to be mounted outside and in a narrow place. CONSTITUTION: A binder(5) is charged in the concave groove and the continuous fabric reinforcement member is stuck on the concrete foundation. The continuous fabric reinforcement member and the binder are protected by attaching a board and covering an epoxy resin(6) and polymer cement on the side surface of the concrete foundation.
