PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of instant fried rice containing green tea powder is provided to manufacture the instant fried rice can be easily cooked by pouring boiled water after wrapping the rice which is coated with green tea powder through a roasting process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of instant fried rice containing green tea powder comprises the following steps: steaming the rice; roasting the steamed rice with the green tea powder; wrapping and packing the roasted rice; and aging the roasted rice in a temperature of 8°C ~ 10°C for 30 days. In a roasting step, the rice is roasted with unpolished rice oil after mixing 95 ~ 99 weight% of the rice and 1 ~ 5 weight% of the green tea powder.
