PURPOSE: A method increasing interferon gamma using germanium yeast sprovided to enhance the egg production rate and lower lethality of avian. CONSTITUTION: A bio-germanium-containing yeast increases interferon gamma using the yeast. The bio-germanium contains 2,000-10,000 ppm of bio-germanium. Avian influenza is prevented or treated by increasing interferon gammar using 2,000-10,000 ppm of bio germanium-containing yeast. THE avian virus is weak pathogenic virus H9N2 or high pathogenic virus H5N1. |
