A sling delivery assembly (300) including:
a delivery device (302) including a handle (308) having an axially extending through lumen (309) and hollow shaft (312) extending distally from a distal end of the handle and having an axially extending through lumen in fluid communication with the through lumen of the handle,
a guide element (304) for slidably interfitting within the hollow shaft (312), and
a dilator tube (306) for slidably interfitting over the guide element (304) subsequent to removal of the delivery device, and having a distal end sized and shaped for inserting into an opening in a sling end, and being tapered for inhibiting the sling end from sliding proximally along a substantial portion of the length of the dilator tube. |
