PURPOSE: A mesopore inorganic complex powder and a cosmetic composition for blocking ozone containing the same are provided to ensure effective ozone protection and improve stability. CONSTITUTION: A mesopore inorganic powder for blocking ozone has a metal oxide is supported inside a pore. The metal oxide is cerium oxide(CeO2) or manganese oxide(MnO2). The manganese oxide converts ozone to oxygen through described direction(O3 + MnO2 → 3O2 + MnO2). The metal oxide is collected in porous silica, or porous alumina silicate of porous illumine silicate.
