MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RED GINSENG

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing red ginseng beverage is provided to efficiently promote health of a consumer by making the red ginseng beverages containing a large quantity of saponin components, and to make the red ginseng beverage of which specific smell is removed. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing red ginseng beverage comprises the following steps: washing 6-year-old red ginseng roots and red ginseng hair(S2); cutting the wasted red ginseng with a thickness of 2~15mm and the red ginseng hair to a length of 1~3cm; extracting the cut raw ginseng with purified water; filtering the extracted red ginseng liquid with a filter; sterilizing the filtered red ginseng liquid(S6); and wrapping the sterilized red ginseng extract with an automatic packing machine(S7).
