<p>PURPOSE: A reinforced concrete using hydrophilic fiber is provided to prevent microcracks from being generated inside a cement complex using hydrophilic fiber and to enhance impact resistance through crosslinking of the hydrophilic fiber. CONSTITUTION: A reinforced concrete using hydrophilic fiber comprises water 85 - 110kg / m^3, cement 240 - 380kg / m^3, aggregate 1450-1800kg / m^3 having a particle size of 1 - 13mm, blast furnace slag micropowder 20 - 40kg / m^3, silica admixture 10 - 40kg / m^3, water reducing admixture 2 - 8kg / m^3, hydrophilic fiber 0.3-2kg / m^3 which is selected among polyamide hydrophilic fiber and polyvinyl alcohol hydrophilic fiber, and color paint 5 - 20kg / m^3. A hydraulic conductivity of the reinforced concrete is 8×10-2 cm / sec or greater and compressive strength is 180 - 300kg / m^3.</p> |
