<p>The present invention provides a method for improving a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request, named HARQ hereinafter, operation in a user equipment, named UE hereinafter, of a wireless communication system. The UE operates in an HS-SCCH Less Operation. The method includes steps of decoding data of an HARQ procedure corresponding to a current Transmission Time Interval, named TTI hereinafter (402); delivering the data to an upper layer reordering entity and reporting a positive acknowledgement, named ACK hereinafter, corresponding to the data when the data is successfully decoded (404); and considering data stored in a soft buffer corresponding to the current TTI has been decoded successfully (406).
