PURPOSE: A fingerprint recognition apparatus and a method, a system and a method for detecting forged fingerprint are provided to determine a forgery fingerprint by using a reaction of skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A fingerprint reader(100) is operated when a fingerprint region of a finger is stimulated from a protrusion. The fingerprint reader receives different wavelength of the light reflected from fingerprint site of the finger and sense the change of the color of the finger. The fingerprint reader detects the change in a shapes of a fingerprint by using a image which is formed through different wavelength light. A decision unit determines a forgery finger through change in color of finger and shape of the fingerprint. |
