PURPOSE: A mold manufacturing method to manufacture a cylindrical mold for functional films without seam, and a functional film manufacturing method and a functional film using the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: A mold manufacturing method comprises a step of forming a pattern on the surface of a cylindrical resin preform(9) through laser beam machining and creating a cylindrical mold by electroforming using the patterned resin preform. A functional film manufacturing method using the cylindrical mold comprises a step of transferring the pattern of the mold on a film base.
