PURPOSE: A small camera device is provided to effectively fix a foreign substance generated inside an actuator, thereby keeping the best state of sharpness of a camera. CONSTITUTION: A fixing unit comprises the following units. A cover(20) is coupled with a holder(10). A permanent magnet(30) is combined with the inside of the holder and the cover. A transferring unit comprises the following units. A carrier(60) is combined with a lens module. A coil(50) is fixed to the outer circumference of the carrier. The coil elevates for the permanent magnet.
