<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive hardcoat coating liquid for forming a hardcoat layer that hardly shows interference nonuniformity and is excellent in visual recognizability, and to provide a hardcoat film, and an upper electrode plate for a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: The hardcoat coating liquid comprises at least an ionizing radiation-curable material and a solvent, where the solvent has a surface tension of at least 28 mN/m and at most 40 mN/m at 25°C. The hardcoat film 1 comprises a film substrate 11 and a hardcoat layer 12 provided on at least one face thereof, where the hardcoat layer 12 is formed by a step of applying the hardcoat coating liquid on the film substrate 11 to form a coating film, a step of drying the coating film to remove the solvent and a step of curing the coating film by irradiating it with an ionizing radiation. The upper electrode plate for a touch panel comprises the hardcoat film 1 having at least a transparent electroconductive layer laminated on the opposite face side to the hardcoat layer 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
