PURPOSE: An elimination apparatus a method for biological and chemical warfare agents using a portable suction device attached to a microwave plasma torch and a burner are provided to completely destroy and remove the biological and chemical warfare agents by treating with a suction method instead of spraying. CONSTITUTION: An elimination apparatus a method for biological and chemical warfare agents comprises the following: an electromagnetic wave supplying unit(10); a vortex gas supplying unit(20); an electric discharging pipe(30) generating a stabilized plasma torch from an electromagnetic wave using vortex gas supplied from the vortex gas supplying unit; a fuel supply unit(40) supplying fuel to the plasma torch; a reaction chamber(50) generating a plasma flame from the plasma torch; a suction fan(80) supplying an air induction force to supply air into the reaction chamber; a portable air suction device(70) installed on the suction fan; a sub-suction unit(60) attached in the end of the air suction device; and an outlet(90) discharging the air treated from the reaction chamber.
