<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlight controlling device capable of projecting beams favorably in the direction in which a vehicle is to run even if the vehicle has gone into a slide. <P>SOLUTION: The headlight controlling device is to make a change control of the projecting area of a headlight 3 which projects ahead of the vehicle 1 and is equipped with vehicle speed sensing means 5 and 10 to sense the vehicle speed, slip angle sensing means 5, 7, 8, 10 to sense the slip angle of the body, a slippage sensing means 5 to sense slippage of the body, and at-slipping projection controlling means 4 and 5 to control the projecting direction of the headlight 3 when the slippage sensing means has sensed a slippage of the body, on the basis of the vehicle speed sensed by the vehicle speed sensing means 5 and 10 and the slip angle sensed by the slip angle sensing means 5, 7, 8, 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
