<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge lamp starting device with damage of a jointing member between circuit components and a circuit board restrained, as well as a discharge lamp device equipped with the discharge lamp starting device, a vehicular headlight, a vehicle and a manufacturing method of three-dimensionally molded circuit board used for the discharge lamp starting device. <P>SOLUTION: For synthetic resin constituting a three-dimensionally molded circuit board 2 used for the discharge lamp starting device, one with a linear expansion coefficient in a flowing direction at molding smaller than that in a direction crossing the flowing direction at molding is used. Further, for each circuit component mounted on the three-dimensionally molded circuit board 2, an alignment direction of the terminals is adjusted to a flowing direction (an arrow mark in the figure) of the synthetic resin at molding of the three-dimensionally molded circuit board 2. Since a linear expansion coefficient of the three-dimensionally molded circuit board 2 gets smaller toward an aligning direction of the terminals mounted on the three-dimensionally molded circuit board 2, damage of the jointing member is restrained by such a reduction of deformation volume of the three-dimensionally molded circuit board 2 that changes the distance between mounting parts 52 mounting the terminals of the circuit components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
