<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multilayer ceramic board being produced through a firing process, based on nonshrinking process in which undesired deformation, e.g. warpage, is prevented. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a multilayer ceramic board by firing a raw composite laminate 1 comprising a plurality of green sheets 2 for basic body containing a low temperature firing ceramic material, and anti-shrinkage green sheets 3, 4 containing an anti-shrinkage ceramic material not sintered at the sintering temperature of low temperature firing ceramic material and arranged to touch specified green sheets 2 for basic body, the anti-shrinkage green sheet 3 is thicker on the peripheral part 5 than in the central part 6 thereof.</p> |
