PURPOSE: An impregnated liner board to replace the face or the back of a tego plywood and a tego plywood using thereof are provided to improve physical properties of the plywood, and to reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An impregnated liner board to replace the face or the back of a tego plywood and a tego plywood using thereof include a liner board in which a water-soluble phenol resin is impregnated. The liner board is formed with multiple layers of either KOCC, KOCC pulp, or AOCC. The tego plywood is manufactured by heating a center plate, the liner board, and a tego film at a Thermosonic temperature of 110~150 deg C, and thermally presses for 4 minutes. |
