PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-rolled steel sheet which is excellent in chemical treatment properties, adhesive properties, and molding properties and can be used widely as steel members for cars and a lubricated high-tension steel sheet for a cold-rolled steel sheet. SOLUTION: The lubricated steel sheet has a lubricative membrane which contains lithium silicate and an alkali metal borate as membrane components and is incorporated with a lubricant comprising a metallic soap and wax. The atomic ratio of the lithium silicate Li/Si is 0.5-4.0, the solid content mass ratio of the alkali metal borate/the lithium silicate is at least 2/3, the mass ratio of the total amount of the lubricant/(the lithium silicate+the borate) is 0.1-2.0, the mass ratio of the metallic soap/the wax is 0.3-5.0, and the amount of the adherent membrane is 10-1,000 mg/m<SP>2</SP>.
