<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing pad paper which is sturdy and has a high absorbing capability. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing process for cleansing pad paper, a laminated film obtained by laminating polypropylene (PP) films and polyethylene (PE) films alternately is stretched and made porous. The PP films and PE films are melted and molded at temperatures 20-60°C higher than their melting temperatures with a chosen draft ratio and a chosen drawing rate. The lamination is carried out after making the double refraction of the PP film to be 10×10<SP>-3</SP>to 25×10<SP>-3</SP>and the elasticity recovery ratio at 100% elongation after heat treatment to be 80-94% and making the birefringence of the PE film to be 20×10<SP>-3</SP>to 48×10<SP>-3</SP>and the elasticity recovery ratio at 50% elongation to be 20-80%. The laminated film is thermocompression-bonded between heat rolls at a nip pressure of 1-3 kg/cm<SP>2</SP>at 0.5-8 m/min. After the heat treatment, stretching is carried out by 5-200% at 20-35°C and, then, by 100-400% at 70-130°C. A heat treatment is carried out at a temperature 5-45°C higher than the temperature for the last stretching. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
