This invention relates to a rotor braking device for braking rotation in the fishing line playing out direction of the rotor rotatably attached to the reel body of the spinning reel, and equipped with a braking part, having a one-way clutch for transmitting the rotation of the rotor in the fishing line playing out direction and a braking member which is linked to the rotation of the rotor in the fishing line playing out direction transmitted from the one-way clutch, a braking operation member which is moveably attached to the body and is brought into contact with the braking member, and a sound-producing mechanism to produce sound by the rotation of the rotor in the fishing line playing out direction. |
