PURPOSE: An air chamfering machine with a rotary cutter is provided to allow a user to easily replace a rotary cutter as the rotary cutter is automatically pushed down when a cutter fixture is loosened. CONSTITUTION: An air chamfering machine with a rotary cutter comprises a cutter insert(10), a rotary cutter(20), a cutter fixture(30), a plurality of pushing rods(40), a pushing plate(50), and an elastic member(60). The cutter insert has a rod hole on the bottom of a push space(11). The rotary cutter is inserted to a fitting tip protruding from the bottom surface of the cutter insert. The pushing rods are inserted into or extracted out of the rod hole with bottom surface in contact with the top surface of the rotary cutter. The pushing plate is placed on the top of heads(41) of the pushing rods. The elastic member elastically biases the pushing plate and the pushing rods towards the rotary cutter. |
