PURPOSE: A cold runner block open nozzle apparatus for a liquid silicone rubber are improve productivity by preventing loss and burr generated in molding LSR. CONSTITUTION: A cold runner block open nozzle apparatus for a liquid silicone rubber includes a mold upper part(10), a mold body(20), an injection port(12), an open nozzle(30), an insulating unit(40), and a cooling water supply part(50). The mold upper part is inserted into a LSR downwardly. The injection port supplies LSR from the mold upper part. The open nozzle adheres closely to the injection port. The open nozzle cools the LSR. The insulating unit covers the open nozzle and is functioned as insulation and waterproofing.
