PURPOSE: A resistor array of a mismatch structure is provided to obtain various resistor ratios properties by simply changing a metal line. CONSTITUTION: N resistors are arranged in parallel. First and second metal lines connect resistors which are not adjacent to the N resistors for forming two resistor groups which are separated from the N resistors. A third metal line is connected to the ends of the first resistor group and the second resistor group, senses the applied voltage, and is grounded. A first high force line(30a) is connected to other end of the first resistor group and applies the voltage. A second high force line(30b) is connected to the other end of the second resistor group and applies the voltage.
