#CMT# #/CMT# The device has an arrangement of an inner electrode (2) e.g. star-shaped bar electrode, and an outer electrode (1) e.g. pipe shaped electrode, where the inner electrode is provided with a cylinder. The cylinder is provided with teeth in an outer side, where an inner side of the cylinder is designed in a user defined shape.
