PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing light guide panels are provided to improve the productivity per unit time by simultaneously processing two light guide panels. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light guide panels is loaded on the upper side of a transfer stage(120). The transfer stage is transferred to the direction of the long side of the short side of the light guide panels. A common laser head(130) is transmitted a laser form a laser source. The common laser head forms patterns on the surface of the light guide panels. The transfer stage is a dual stage which includes a first and a second light guide panel loading parts. A control part controls the common laser head to form via patterns with different lengths.
