PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing nanocrystal-metal oxide complex and the nanocrystal-metal oxide complex manufactured using the same are provided to easily manufacture the nanocrystal-metal oxide complex having superior stability in a long term, high luminous efficiency, and uniform emitting wavelength. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing nanocrystal-metal oxide complex comprises the following steps: forming sol-gel complex by mixing the nanocrystal, a first metal oxide precursor, solvent, and water; and reacting the sol-gel complex with a second metal oxide precursor. The first metal oxide precursor and the second metal oxide precursor have an organic functional group. The first metal oxide precursor and the second metal oxide precursor are siloxane-based compound, silane compound, silsesquioxane system compound, titanium oxide precursor, aluminum oxide precursor, vanadium oxide precursor, zinc oxide precursor, tungsten oxide precursor, zirconium dioxide precursor, hafnium oxide precursor, yttrium oxide precursor, iron oxide precursor, tin oxide precursor, tantalum oxide precursor, cerium oxide precursor, or chrome oxide precursor.
