ANTHRACENE DERIVATIVES HAVING CU(II) ION SELECTIVITY, METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREFOR AND DETECTING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An anthracene derivative having copper ion selectivity is provided to reduce fluorescence when forming a complex and use as a fluorescence sensor of high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: An anthracene derivative having copper ion selectivity is denoted by chemical formula 1. The anthracene derivatie is prepared by reduction of 9-anthracene carboxaldehyde(chemical formula 3) with 1-(2-aminoethyl)-3-methyl-3-(2-pyridyl)azetidine(chemical formula 2) In the reduction, sodium borohydride(NaBH4) is used. A copper ion is detected using anthracene derivative. The detection of copper ion is performed in aqueous solution which is a mixture of CH3CN and H2O.
