PURPOSE: A DVR system is provided to inexpensively construct a middle-sized or small control center by constructing a matrix switch environment without a matrix switch through real-time video transmission function on the internet. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of DVR devices(120) perform a compression and a transmission processes of images. A main DVR device(110) releases compression of the image. The main DVR device outputs the images on each screen. The images are transmitted from sub-DVR devices. A screen output device(300) outputs an analog image signal on the screen by a DA(Digital to Analog) converter. The screen output device is selected by the main DVR device.
