PURPOSE: A mobile terminal with touch screen and a method of photographing image using the same implements focusing for an object of a arbitrary location on an image photographed by a camera. CONSTITUTION: A controller indicates a preview image for an image on a touch screen(S220). The controller decides a touch input(S230). The controller implements an auto focusing in a position of the touch input(S240). If the auto focusing succeeds for the first object, the controller guides the pass of the auto focusing through the output unit to user(S241, S243). The controller decides the input of the image photographing command(S250). The controller controls the imaging of image(S260).
