PURPOSE: An LED device is provided to improve heat dissipation efficiency by forming a plurality of heat radiation fins on the lower side of a heat sink. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(110) is made of aluminum. An upper groove and a lower groove are formed on the heat sink. A plurality of heat radiation fins is formed on the lower side of the heat sink. A light emitting module(120) is received in the lower groove of the heat sink. The light emitting module is comprised of a plurality of LEDs. A packing ring(130) is combined along the inner circumference of the upper groove of the heat sink. A cover unit(140) is combined with the inner circumference of the packing ring. A power supply module supplies a first or second DC current to the light emitting module.
