PURPOSE: A cosmetic or dermatologic composition containing cannabis and helichrysum essential oil is provided to care sensitive or sensitized skin and reduce corticotrophine-release hormone(CRH) secretion. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic or dermatologic formulation contains cannabinoids-free cannabis essential oil and helichrysum essential oil, and cosmetically and dermatologically acceptable excipient which is able to apply to skin, lip and epidermis. The cannabis essential oil is Cannabis sativa essential oil. The helichrysum essential oil is Helichrysum madagascariensis or Helichrysum italicum essential oil. The composition contains agent promoting volatilization of essential oil fraction and/or agent promoting skin infiltration of essential oil. The agent promoting volatilization is ethanol.
