ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device is provided to maximize an aperture ratio by forming an auxiliary electrode in contact with a second electrode on an organic light emitting layer without the increase of a space between sub pixels. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixels is formed on a substrate(101). A first electrode(160) is formed on a sub pixel of the substrate comprised of the sub pixel and a peripheral part surrounding the sub pixels. An organic light emitting layer(170) is expanded to the peripheral part on the first electrode. A second electrode(180) is formed on the front side of the substrate including the organic light emitting layer. An auxiliary electrode(165) applies an auxiliary voltage to the second electrode through the contact with the second electrode. The peripheral part is comprised of a first region where the organic light emitting layer is expanded and a second region adjacent to the first region. The auxiliary electrode is formed on the second region.
