PURPOSE: A method, a system and a computer-readable recording medium for selectively providing a contextual advertisement service in consideration of the intentions of a publisher and an advertiser are provided to display a contextual advertisement proper to the intention of an advertiser by displaying the contextual advertisement through the bid of the advertiser. CONSTITUTION: An advertiser bid request receiver(210) receives the bid request for displaying a contextual advertisement from an advertiser system, and a publisher condition receiver(220) receives the condition information for the display of the contextual advertisement from a publisher system. A contextual advertisement service provider(230) displays the bid contextual advertisement to a cyber space based on the condition information and the bid request. The bid request includes the selection information and the bid price for the cyber space.
