PURPOSE: A contents service obstacle watch system and a contents service obstacle watch method are provided to monitor the possibility of network failure and the contents based on a service log and a state log to judge whether or not a failure happens. CONSTITUTION: A contents providing server(200) provides requested contents to a terminal device in a streaming or downloading mode, and generates a start and end finish log corresponding to the provision start and finish point of the contents. Monitoring agents(310,320) provides the service log to a service monitoring server(400), wherein the service long corresponds to a service log including the start and finish logs. The service monitoring server selects the monitoring target log according to the monitoring selection policy based on the monitoring and service logs, monitors the monitoring target long according to the monitoring policy, and then judges the failure in the contents provision. |
