FABRICATION METHOD OF CONE PAPAER FOR SPEAKER AND THE CONE PAPER OF SPEAKER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cone paper for a speaker is provided to reproduce a natural sound by decreasing the weight of the cone paper by reducing an amount of chemicals. CONSTITUTION: A beating process is performed(S10). The beating process includes a cellulose process by cutting and crushing a pulp. A dying process is performed with a wanted color by injecting a preset dye material to the cellulosed pulp(S20). A preset waterproof agent is injected to the dyed pulp(S30). A seaweed is prepared as the material for forming a cone paper instead of the pulp and a sizing agent(S40). The prepared seaweed is formed with the fiber similar to the pulp(S50). A wanted cone paper is made by heating and hardening a cone paper composition material(S60).
