PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for improving anti-wrinkling and anti-aging containing arctigenin or arctigenin derivative is provided to enhance collagen synthesis and prevent skin aging. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving anti-aging contains 0.000001-15.0 weight% of arctigenin derivative of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient. In chemical formula 1, R1 is hydrogen, and R2 is methyl group or hydrogen. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, cleansing, oil, power foundation, wax foundation or spray.
