<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The surface structure has fibers that are adhered with one another, where the fibers are broken by an ultrasonic treatment using an ultrasonic generator (4), and broken lines are arranged in a statistically distributed manner. The surface structure exhibits an inner side, which is smoother than its exterior, and exhibits axial and tangential elasticity.
