<p>The invention relates to a novel method for preparing (poly)aminoalkylaminoacetamide compounds of epipodophyllotoxin, which can be used in therapeutics as anticancer agents. The invention includes a step comprising the condensation of a primary amine reactant, the amine functions of which are not protected, with 4β-chloroacetamido-4'-epipodophyllotoxin in an aprotic polar organic solvent.</p> |
