PURPOSE: A rainbow fountain apparatus is provided to control an operation and an injection rate of the fountain by additionally including spray amount controller and an operation unit. CONSTITUTION: A rainbow fountain apparatus comprises the following: a water supplying pipe(20) transferring fountain water from a water supply source(10); a pump(30) transferring the fountain water from the water supplying pipe at one end of the water supplying pipe; and a nozzle unit(40) spraying the fountain water at the other end of the water supplying pipe. The water supplying pipe comprises: a horizontal extension part(b) formed at a height in which water particles sprayed from the nozzle unit can form a rainbow by the sunlight; and multiple nozzles attached to the horizontal extension part.
