PURPOSE: A ball head for a camera tripod whose front/rear angle are minutely adjusted by mechanical manipulation is provided to enable a user to adjust the angle of the ball head through mechanical manipulation although the ball head is fixed. CONSTITUTION: A ball head for a camera tripod comprises a camera, a pressure fixture, a ball guide(10), a ball head, and a shaft(12). A ball guide adheres closely to the lower end of the ball in the ball head. The shaft is formed directly under ball guide. The shaft is pushed and pulled by a guide rod so as to secondly adjust the angel of the ball fixed to the ball guide after the angle of the ball is firstly fixed.
