THE FIXTURE FOR CIRCUIT BOARD INSPECTION

PURPOSE: A fixture for a circuit board inspection is provided to remove abnormal material from an end of a probe automatically by guiding the end of the probe to be tested to a predetermined part of a test board and preventing deformation. CONSTITUTION: A base plate(14) supports a rear end part of a plurality of test probes. A head unit(11) comprises a hole in which the end of a plurality of test probes and guides the end of a lead to a predetermined part of a wiring pattern. A part or the whole of the head unit is movable in axial direction of head unit hole.
