PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive material is provided to obtain high anisotropy conductivity and to be used in the coupling of two substrate surfaces with small gap when applied to an anisotropic conductive film or anisotropic conductive sheet. CONSTITUTION: A composition of an anisotropic conductive material comprises a base resin system and conductive filamentous powder dispersed in the base resin system and has a three-dimensional, chain-like network structure formed by fusion of a plurality of ultrafine primary particles. The conductive filamentous powder is the filamentous Ni powder(400).
