PURPOSE: A row water mixing protection sludge drain system is provided to reduce a row water loss or an energy loss during a discharge process by preventing a scattering and scum of discharged sludge, and simplify the process by removing a secondary treatment of the discharged sludge. CONSTITUTION: A row water mixing protection sludge drain system comprises the following: a settling reservoir storing row water; a hopper unit(200) formed by caving one side of the settling reservoir; and a submerged carriage transferring a sediment from the one side of the settling reservoir to the hopper unit. The hopper unit comprises: an opening(P) formed on one upper side in parallel with the bottom of the settling reservoir; a fixing cover(210) formed with ventilation holes on the other side; a sliding damper(220) sealing the opening while moving forward and backward from the lower side of the fixing cover; an operator to move the sliding damper; and an air inlet(240) connected to the outside of the settling reservoir to the upper side of the ventilation holes.
