SOLAR CELL HAVING MULTI LAYERS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solar cell having multi layers and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to match voltage generated at both layer by controlling the number of unit cell on upper and lower layer. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell comprises a first substrate(100), a bottom cell layer(B), a top cell layer(T), a second substrate, and a reflective filter(160). The bottom cell layer is formed on the first substrate. The top cell layer is formed on the bottom cell layer. The second substrate is formed on the top cell layer. The reflective filter selectively reflects the light of a short wavelength. The bottom cell layer and the top cell layer respectively have different optical absorption wavelength band.
