STRUCTURE OF ONE SIDE PCB

PURPOSE: A single PCB structure is provided to easily design a power/ground pattern by arranging a conductor connected to the power/ground pattern on the lower side of the PCB. CONSTITUTION: A pattern(110) and a power/ground pattern(130) are formed on the upper side of a PCB(100). An electronic component(120) is surface-mounted on the pattern. A punch unit(140) is formed on one side of the power/ground pattern. A conductor(150) is formed on the lower side of the PCB. A conductor is a metal disk. An embossed part is formed on both sides of the conductor and is contacted with the power/ground pattern through the punch part.
