PURPOSE: A children position monitoring system and a method are provided to allow a protector to find out the position of the children in a congested place by attaching name tag and wrist band including a bar code. CONSTITUTION: A bar code is inputted by an input device(10). A bar code reader(20) detects a signal of the input unit. A central controller(30) stores data transmitted from the barcode reader and controls a voice signal and an image signal.
