PURPOSE: A polymer composition is provided to improve the performance capable of converting UV light into red visible spectrum light, to increase stability to long-term exposure of UV light, and to be applicable in all fields where optical transform is necessary. CONSTITUTION: A polymer composition used for converting UV light or short wavelength light into red spectrum light is formed by adding an active addition mixture of a tertiary composition to the ethylene copolymer polymer composition. The active addition mixture of a tertiary composition comprises (A) a mixture of Eu oxide and La oxide, (B) a compound selected from the group consisting of organic acid, (C) a compound selected from the group consisting of nitrogen heterocycle.
