PURPOSE: An electric oven is provided to quickly and evenly heat food with a tube heater and a sheath heater, thereby improving heating efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An electric oven comprises a cavity(11) formed in a cooking cavity, a tube heater which heats food accepted in the cavity, and a transmission part(114) which transmits the heat of the tube heater to the food. The tube heater is a carbon heater provided on the upper outer side of the cavity. The electric oven also includes a sheath heater provided inside the cavity.
