The device has a tubular body (1) with a distal working opening (2) and an inlet (3) lying opposite to the working opening. The inlet is closed by a sealing element (4) that is penetrated by a shaft (5) of a working tool e.g. milling device (6). The sealing element allows a feed movement, a drive movement and a control movement of the working tool. The tubular body is provided with a connection (8) for applying an internal pressure. A feed stop device e.g. adjusting nut, is adjusted in a longitudinal direction to the tubular body. The working tool is designed as piezoelectric surgical instrument such as ultrasound-osteotomy instrument, and laser cutting device such as pulsed carbon dioxide-laser or solid laser.
