A pre-fastened absorbent sanitary product (1) of the "training pant" comprises two end parts (3, 4) and a crotch portion (2) extending between the two end parts (3, 4). The two end parts (3, 4) have, on opposite sides of the product (1), pairs of homologous facing side edges connected together by respective fastening assemblies (10) so as to define the waist line of the product (1). At least one, and preferably both of said fastening assemblies (10), are located at the outer side of the product (1) flush to said outer surface in the absence of appreciable protrusions therefrom. |
